7:15am - Mandatory athlete meeting at pool
7:30am - Swim waves begin
9:30am - 1K Fun Run begins (Next to the Concession Stand)
There will be a mandatory triathlon athlete meeting on the pool deck at 7:15. The first wave begins at 7:30 am with the 13 – 15 year age group. It is a time trial start with each athlete entering the pool in the age group and then the 11 – 12 age group will begin. We will have a (10) minute pause between the senior and junior age groups. The junior age groups will progress the same in the following order: 9 – 10 age group, 7 – 8 age group.
Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be on Saturday, August 13th at Bicycle Sport Shop on Parmer Lane from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

If the athlete does not have their current USAT membership card, an annual membership must be purchased for $5.00. We suggest you simplify packet
pickup by having the athlete’s membership purchased or renewed before packet pickup. USAT member information can be found at:
http://www.usatriathlon.org/memberservices. Please remember, all athletes must pick up their own packets.
Each athlete or parent / guardian must present their photo ID and the athlete’s current USAT membership card if registered for the triathlon.

*Bike Mechanic On RACE DAY Morning: We will have a Bike Mechanic onsite! Please feel free to have your
child's bike checked before setting up transition. They are there for the kids!
Awards
Triathlon Awards will be presented by age group for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. All other athletes completing the triathlon or 1K & 5K fun run will be given a finisher’s medal.
Weather / Cancelation / Refund Policy
The race will take place rain or shine. For safety reasons, Pro-One Fitness, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel a race due to weather
conditions. When weather is severe or jeopardizes the safety of the athletes, all precautions will be made. Due to expenses, there will be no
refunds if the race is modified or canceled due to weather or other safety hazards. There are no refunds or transfers of registration for this event.
USAT Sanctioned / USAT Rules
All registered athletes must have an active membership with USA Triathlon before participating in this race. If the athlete
is not a member, effective the day of the race, we will ask the legal guardian to complete the USAT waiver to become a current
member. Youth membership with USAT is $5.00 for a 12 month term.
