Our Mission

To inspire kids, ages 7 to 15, to participate in a triathlon and offer the opportunity to have fun while being fit and reaching goals.

Performing cardiovascular exercises (swimming, biking, and running) on a regular basis benefits adults and children of all ages. Exercise helps us physically, psychologically, and socially. The fitness and medical field have promoted physical activity for years. We know that it makes us healthier, yet we still have an epidemic with inactivity. Because lifestyle patterns can be established during younger years, our triathlon focuses on children and their physical, mental, and social development. Children who participate in regular cardiovascular activity can see the following benefits:
